Half-Term update from Flying Fish class

posted 11 Nov 2020, 00:31 by Lauren Tingle
Good morning everyone! :)

I just wanted to share a short update to celebrate some of the highlights from the previous term and remind you about some of the things which are coming up in the run up to Christmas. The children are really enjoying our current Romans topic and we have seen some incredible home learning. We are loving the children's enthusiasm and curiosity both in the classroom and beyond. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for engaging with 'our new home learning platform 'SeeSaw' - it is great so see so many children are working as hard at home as they are in school.

Just a few reminders of key dates:
Wednesday - New home learning activities will be uploaded onto 'SeeSaw' on a Tuesday evening ready for the children to access on a Wednesday.
Thursday - Children need to come to school in their PE kits.
Friday - We check reading diaries. Children should be reading at least three times per week and if they do, they will receive a raffle ticket and be entered into our reading raffle which is drawn at the end of each half term.

We are really excited for the half-term ahead and will keep you updated.

Thanks,
Miss T and Miss R
