Find something relaxing to do

Good morning

How are you all? I have been speaking to some of you this week and I know you are feeling lots of different emotions depending on whether you are coming back to school, not coming back to school or starting to think about secondary school. 

I've found a few activities to help with relaxing and with thinking about your well being. Why don't you have a go at some!

Even if you are feeling fine, some of these activities might make you feel even better.
