Good Afternoon Year 2,

Today is National Hydration Day. Proper hydration is vital to living a healthy life. Water is so important to our bodies. Do you know how much of your body is made up from water? Can you find this out?

It is very important to drink lots of water, especially when the weather is hot like today.

Why not make some tasty infused water for your family to share? Fill a pitcher of water and mix in some of your favourite fruits like lemon, cucumber, strawberries, raspberries, orange and even mint.
