Happy Friday,

Now I know that it doesn't feel like it, but it is the last day of term today and the start of the Easter Holidays. So I thought I’d share with you something I do every Easter with my little brother.... Easter Nests!

These are such good fun, they are very easy and very tasty! (and very messy)

Chocolate Easter nests with chocolate eggs in cases

Here’s the recipe and method I use (but you can change and/or add your own twist to them).

You will need:

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 85g crushed shredded wheat
  • 2 x 100g bag of mini eggs
  • 12 cupcake cases

  1. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the shredded wheat.
  2. Spoon the chocolate wheat into 12 cupcake cases.
  3. Put 3 mini chocolate eggs on top of each nest.
  4. Chill the nests in the fridge for 2 hrs until set.
  5. Eat!

I hope you have lots of fun, making and eating these!
